We strive to deliver authentic books in good condition. Customers are requested to carefully check all product details (edition, language, author, syllabus, etc.) before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

  • To request cancellation before dispatch, email us at pankajkandoi44446@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Return & Exchange Policy (Books)

🚫 NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

Books are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered due to the nature of the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in cases of:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong book ordered by customer

  • Edition mismatch due to customer error

  • Minor printing, cover, or color variation

  • Reading preference or content expectation issues

  • Discounted / offer / sale products

Refund Policy (Only for Genuine Issues)

Refunds are strictly applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong book received

  • Different edition received than ordered

  • Book received in damaged or defective condition

📌 Mandatory Requirement:
A clear unboxing video from start to end is required to raise any claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

No Refund Cases

We follow a strict No Refund Policy for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor cover or print variations

  • Content-related dissatisfaction

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Normal wear during shipping

📌 Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

Replacement (If Applicable)

  • Replacement will be provided only if the same book is available.

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued after verification.

  • All cases are reviewed and approved by our internal team.

Return Shipping

  • We do not provide reverse pickup.

  • If approved, customers must ship the product to:

Returned books must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, bank details will be required.

  • Refund timelines depend on bank/payment gateway processing.

  • Do not share OTPs or make advance payments for COD orders.

  • Beware of fraud calls or fake websites.

  • We are not responsible for scams outside our official communication channels.
